Price Guarantee – Under the Ministry of Magic's Watch

At Potterheadsshop.com, our goal is to always offer you fair and competitive prices.

If you find a magical item we sell at a significantly lower price elsewhere, feel free to let us know. We'll be happy to review the offer and explore what we can do for you.

Please note, however, that the product you've found must:

• Be genuinely available for purchase from the other online store,

• Not be discontinued, unavailable to order, removed from pre-order or listed under any other unavailable status,

• Be exactly the same product, including the edition, manufacturer and product code.

How Can You Request a Better Price?

You can submit your price guarantee request in either of the following ways:

• Include your request in the order comments at checkout,

• Send us an email at info@potterheadsshop.com.

Please make sure your message includes:

• The exact product or products for which you're requesting a better price,

• A direct link to the product page on the other online store, clearly showing the lower price you've found.

This will help us review and verify the offer quickly and accurately.

Ordering Multiple Products? Here's an Important Rule

If you're ordering several products at once, our Price Guarantee is assessed based on the total value of your order, rather than the price of each individual item.

This means:

• If Potterheadsshop.com offers a better overall price for your complete order,

• We cannot adjust individual product prices simply because you've found certain items cheaper elsewhere, provided that no other online store offers a better overall deal for the same combination of products.

After all, even at Hogwarts, it's the entire school supplies list that matters, not just the price of a single textbook!

Prices We May Not Always Be Able to Match

There are a few important things to keep in mind:

• Discount codes cannot be combined with the Price Guarantee.

• Prices from clearance sales,

• One-off promotional campaigns,

• Or temporary special offers run by other online stores

May not always be eligible for a price match, as we also need to consider our purchasing and operating costs.

Nevertheless, it's always worth getting in touch! We'll gladly review your request, explore the available options and, if necessary, refer the matter to the Ministry of Magic itself!

At Potterheadsshop.com, we believe that great prices and honest, transparent communication should always go hand in hand.

If you have any questions or have spotted a better deal elsewhere, don't hesitate to send us an owl! We're here to help, and we'll happily investigate your request.
