For example, a €50 purchase earns you approximately €1.00 in loyalty rewards, while a €100 purchase earns you approximately €2.00 towards future orders. A product priced at €111.54 earns approximately €2.23 in loyalty rewards.

Our Loyalty Points Programme isn't limited to full-price merchandise. You'll also earn loyalty points on discounted and sale products, at the same 2% reward rate.

How much is a loyalty point worth?
Each loyalty point has a monetary value that is converted into euros using our store's configured exchange rate. At the current conversion rate, 1 loyalty point = €0.002898. This means that 1,000 loyalty points are worth approximately €2.90 in discounts. Your available rewards are displayed in euros when shopping in EUR.

How Can You Redeem Your Loyalty Points?

1. Log in to your customer account to view your available loyalty points and rewards balance.

3. During checkout, you can choose whether you'd like to redeem your accumulated loyalty points for a discount.
   
   
4. You can use loyalty points to cover up to 50% of your order value.
   
   
5. Loyalty points cannot be used to pay shipping fees.

When Will Your Loyalty Points Be Credited?

Your loyalty points will be credited to your customer account once your order reaches the Completed status.

This means that rewards are earned only on successfully completed purchases, ensuring your loyalty points balance accurately reflects your shopping activity.

How Long Are Loyalty Points Valid?

Your earned loyalty points are valid for 365 days. Any points that remain unused after their validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account.

You can check your current loyalty points balance and review your points history in your customer account, making it easy to keep track of your rewards.
